My goals for today....

Today I may go to the gym and I may not. I may need the break in the middle of the day and take that opportunity to go to the gym and do a long cardio day...or today I may not go to the gym and give my body a rest. But whichever choice I make I will be aware of it and not second guess it.
Today I will eat my base calories if I dont exercise - my exercise calories if i do.
Today I will really concentrate on choices that keep my numbers in line (especially sodium).
Today I will eat more natural foods then processed.
Today I will drink all my water (and more).
Today I will be proud of myself for whatever I accomplish.

    So far, I've felt very accomplished by my successes and have learned from my faults. I have not harped too much on either end.

    today I WILL spend quality time with my family.
    I WILL log all of my food before consuming it.
    I WILL produce a good sweat from my cardio work out.
    i WILL lend a helping hand to someone in need.
    I WILL volunteer my time this evening at the local soup kitchen.

    I hope you all have a wonderful day, and succeed or not at your goals! Just remember It's okay! Try to giggle it off because tomorrow is a new day. :flowerforyou:
