I've been curious too. I saw the bars at Costco last week. Anyone have any feedback? Thanks!

I haven't, but thought about it once when I saw the commercial. Then a friend mentioned that it would probably be a waste of money. Just drink a glass of water before every meal and that should fill you up just the same.

If it was me, I wouldn't waste money on it. But I've never met anyone who's had them and said if there is a noticeable difference from just drinking a glass of water.

    Hope that helps!

Yeah I tried it. It is basically a granola bar. They want you to eat the bar then 30 mins later eat a meal. So really, you're just adding unnecessary cals to your meal IMO. It does nothing for my fullness personally; I ate the same meal that I would normally eat for lunch and was no more full than I would have been. Save your money and invest in some fiber and protein rich foods to keep you full all day!

I just saw this thread and glad to hear you won't wast your money. Not that my opinion matters, but I had the same opinion. I purchased these online for my sister and I. We did not see ANY difference. We followed the directions as explained and didn't feel it was worth the cost.

I got some from my SIL. Don't fill me up! They are just like eating a Quaker Rice cake, pretty bland for 160 calories but sometimes if I'm running late, I'll have one for my breakfast!
