I am a mom to a 2 and a half year old girl that never stops. She has inspired me to be the best me that I can be! That sounded a little Dr. Suess-ish......I have somewhat recently lost 16 pounds using the OLD weight watchers system.I am over it because of it being outdated and was looking for something new to help me with the next 18 ! I would love other like minded people to help me along on my journey and I will gladly do the same for them.I am a great motivator/ butt kicker when necessary ;) I have also had a hard time finding the best way to accurately enter calorie information on home made things, like yogurt with oats, and almond milk? Any suggestions?

I'm gonna send you a friend request!

I should think that some of those things you mentioned being homemade have some very close adds already as they seem to be common for people on this journey. You could always add all of the ingredients separately? Try the recipe box?

The thing that is hard for me is finding the correct food and then adjusting the portions to smaller ones.

I would love to help you! I'm new (just started a few days ago) and might need future motivation. :)

We rarely eat out, so I end up using an online nutritional calculator and inputting my recipes. It does all the calculations for me, and then I add the food to mfp.

    Good luck!
