Hi Everyone,
One of tricks I have used is snacking on fruits and vegetables as I love to eat throughout the day. Today I hit a new record. 12 different fruits and vegetables.
Banana
Orange
Apple
Green Grapes
Red Grapes
Watermelon
Cantaloupe
Plums
Carrot Sticks
Red pepper
Eggplant
Zucchini

So far today I've managed:

= 9. But it is only 2pm!
I'll attempt to beat 12....0 -
I'll top your 12 with 15. I had sweet potatoes with broccoli and cauliflower with dinner.

and 12, if you count the cilantro,lol!
I had

portabella mushroom:bigsmile: -YUM!!
green pepper <
my all time favorite of all, sliced and raw with some hummus dip, or plain.
carrots
celery
napa cabbage<---{such a NICE change up over lettuce, it's a bit spicier and holds up better under tomatoes, doesn't wilt as easily.}
raisins
radishes
banana peppers
cukes
tomatoes
(can i count my merlot as a grape?)0 -
