I am new to all this and only been using this site for 2 weeks now. I had a thought about diet pills but I'm looking for opinions on them. If they're worth taking? If they work, if so which ones? Etc.

I would avoid "diet pills" because they are generally not good for you. However, there's been a lot of talk lately about natural supplements that assist in weight loss. Dandelion root is supposed to be good for suppressing appetite/easing water retention and raspberry keytones are known to assist with metabolism and weight loss. Green tea extract is also good for metabolism, but beware of things marked as green tea that are really just speed pills. Drinking 5 small cups of green tea a day would likely have a similar effect. If you're going to take anything, try to stay natural.0

Thank you very much. I will definitely look into those other things. I'm glad to hear that because I was really hoping not to take diet pills.0
