1 Week on MFP and lost 3lbs!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I just wanted to share my progress because I'm so excited. I just finished my first week of logging in and lost 3lbs. I was a little skeptical at first that I wouldn't be able to lose any weight in a week. I also expected to lose a pound, but not three!!!! I love this app!!! It's so fun! and keeps me motivated. This is a great start! I will definitely continue to log in and hopefully I can reach my goal in a few months.

    Great job, I lost 5 pound my first week, but that is because my calorie count pretty much everyday is way under, what MFP says mine should be. It's even under the recommended level, which really is not a good thing, but I have trouble reaching the calories, with out adding a lot of fat, and carbs. But I am working on fixing it, did better this week.

    Thank you everyone!!! It's great to see all the support. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet, and I still normal food, but I'm avoiding sugar and junk food. What types of foods are you eating to reach your goal?
