Started on July 1st 2012 at 242 lbs. Now at 228 and officially out of the MORBIDLY OBESE category. Can you tell a difference?

    Yes, your face and stomach as mentioned. Plus your waist and hips are smaller. Do you do measurements? I bet you have changed lots in those areas. You must be feeling really good!

    Yes, I've lost 2 inches in my hips, 2 inches in my stomach, 2 inches under my bra area and 1 inch in my arms!
