125 calorie French Toast (two slices!)

I want to do this but what on earth is sugar free breakfast syrup??? Agave nectar perhaps?

It's the maple syrup you buy at the grocery store near the pancake mix. The sugar free stuff looks and tastes pretty much the same but it's a little thinner.

It's hard to find in the grocery store, but if you can get the Smucker's brand. I think it's the best, and closest consistency to regular pancake syrup.
