and now i am 145lbs. even though my tummy feels firm, there is so much lose skin just hanging there. has anyone else been able to have visible abs that has been in a similar situation?

    and now I am 179... I actually was as high as 227 and went from 215 in April to 179 now. I would say I have visible abs again. Lots of cardio... lots of water.... lots of hot baths in evenings to lose water weight... I also know some great ab routines if you are interested.... regular crunches don't target abs enough.

    I used to be 223 lbs, gained 85 lbs with only one baby ( 10 lbs 6oz baby, but still only one), you had twins..Ur doing great

    My tummy is getting there, not like it used to be but getting there.

    I am curious about this as well. I am currently as 207 and I am wondering what will happen when I do lose all of my weight. My eventual goal weight (after the pregnancy) is 130-140.

    I went from 400 to 330 and it was bad so I slowed down and started to maintain and let my skin catch up. it's not as bad as it was, so I think its time for me to lose more. but from what I've herd it's just going to take time for your skin to tighten up. in the mean time drink a lot of water. :)

    Shaylee! You look so amazing, and your skin will catch up. You had 4 babies girl, cut yourself some slack and let time work it's magic.

    I've gotten close! Patience persistence and a clean diet will get you there. For a woman's six pack to show you have to get down to about 14% body fat. For most of us you can look great at a higher %. Slow weight loss will allow your skin to bounce back.
