    Welcome.. It really works. Just log your food everyday, exercise at least 3x a week...be honest with yourself and you will drop weight.
    Wont be over night which it shouldnt if you are trying to be healthy. I lost 40Lbs in 5 months, never hungry.
    love it. Join a group like running 100 miles a month. That keeps you motivative.
