    hmmmm......sorry not possible. Not that you didn't work hard but its physically impossible to put that much muscle on in 1 week.....even taking HGH or steroids. :)
    But I dont' want to be big... I put on 8 lbs of muscle in 1 week doing 30DS!

    And A is actually a really cool guy. But Jason Huh was probably a bad choice to represent the pro bodybuilder look. Even most bodybuilders think he is freaky massive and his physique isnt exactly attractive. But he is awesome nonetheless.
