Such a BAD summer..

So I have had a lot of "time" to myself which isn't/wasn't good this summer! Went on a lot of vacations which means FOOD FOOD AND MORE FOOD! I'm guessing I gained about 5-7 pounds and can feel it in my stomach. I had many encounters with the binge monster and have had an unbelievable craving for sweets! I need to get my regular self back and not eat that stupid sh**! Any ideas or tips?

    5-7 isn't the end of the world, just watch your eating and work out a little more

    Yes. Figure out what you want, why you want it, and how you are going to get it. Then execute the plan! I and the rest of your friends are here to support you and hold you accountable. You can do this!

    Aw honey. You can get back on and get this done! Winter is coming and you can then buckle down with only a couple of little holidays to get over. We are here for you!
