i really want to go run tonight (c25k) but after burning so much this morning from cutting my grass for an hour and 1/2 my net calories are really low. ( by the end of the night i would have eaten close to 1200 before the exercise burn) after all day of eating i am only at 300 net calories. and i am finding it hard to eat so much back. how can i eat 900 calories tonight plus whatever i burn if i go run. without going eat a bunch of junk food. what are your thoughts on what i should do.
and i already know about starvation mode. so i dont really need to hear from people telling about that.

If you are not hungry, don't eat them back. If you have the energy for a run, go enjoy yourself. Stay hydrated!0 -
Cheese, yogurts, nuts, peanut butter... etc.... Those might work for you0

The best advice i got from my trainer...you have to listen to your body. If you feel hungry, eat, if after burning so much in exercise and you're not hungry..dont force yourself to eat.0

Do what feels good. If you are not hungry, don't eat. If you feel strong and have energy, go for a run. Your body will tell you if you need to eat. If you are like me, you'll probably be starving when you get back from the run and you can have a healthy snack, ideally some protein.0

Yes, if you don't eat all your cals today, it's ok. Probably tomorrow or the next you will be extra hungry, and maybe eat a little more. So, it balances out!
