so i just bought a pedometer that counts my steps and calories burned. should i be adding that onto my exercise log or am i to assume it's kind of included in a "moderately active" persons bmi, as in calories burned just living life walking around

I don't know if I should or not, but I add it to my exercise log. I use "walking. slow pace (2.0 mph)". I keep plugging in the minutes on the log until I get close to the number of calories my pedometer indicates I've burned. I'll be interested in seeing other responses too!0

I usually add mine on days I remember, because my bmi is sedentary, so on days I do a lot of walking I tend to add.0
