exercise today made it possible for me to stay in my calorie goal, and have left over spare ribs for an afternoon snack. mmmmm

Exercise did for me today what it always does: made me feel alive, strong, and healthy. And kept me sane and functioning, for yet another day.0

I always feel so strong when I leave the gym in the morning... I'm always totally pumped up!! I guess exercise changes my attitude...daily!!!0

I started my day with a 35 minute C25k workout and it helped to wake me up and set me in the right frame of mind for taking on my day.0

It showed me some great new shoulder muscles I hadn't yet taken notice of!0

Later tonight I will be doing Squats and Olympic lifts (most likely cleans and high pulls)0

Exercise from earlier in the week is allowing me to eat comfort foods to soothe my strep throat today and still stay under calorie budget for the week.0

Allowed me to chase my German Shepard around the yard today and actually keep up with her at a full sprint.0

It made me sore enough to skip tomorrow's workout!0

Honestly...it put me in a very "woe is me" mood because Im so disappointed in how my runs are going (having some pain and may have to stop running for a while). Im just so frustrated. HOWEVER, I did 4 miles, so that always makes me feel accomplished. I ate some hearty beef stew for dinner with no guilt.0
