i heard that 'Insanity' isn't really that good for toning body?
That's what I want in my workouts, so just wondering if you guys think it's worth the money for what I want?

toning is a result of having low body fat percentage which allows your muscles to be more prominent. insanity, with proper diet, will help with "toning."0

I did Insanity and got toned a little in my legs and my shoulders. I didn't have any weight to lose but wanted to try and get toned up and I love hardcore workouts so I bought it when it first came out, it worked a little for me but not enough to say I got buff lol. P90X is what got me more toned. But I LOVE Insanity! Listen if it doesn't work within 30 days send it back to Beachbody and get your money back minus shipping and handling, hassle free.0

i think that P90x is good for toning, if you want an at home workout. It has a lot of variety, and a lot of strength training which is very good for toning!0

Kenpo X and Cardio X(P90X dvds) are both really fun too.0 -
More opinions would be awesome
People seem to get pretty ripped from Insanity?!?0 -
I have been doing insanity for 2 weeks now... I am loving them, they are such a great work out. As far as toning goes, I have some more weight to lose before my abs can be seen (they are under there, but I think 14 years of Gymnastics helped with that too), however I can already notice a difference in my legs.. they are so much harder/toned. I still have a ways to go & I still do a weekly weight sessions at the gym also.0
