30 Day Shred..how do I log this?!

Hi! :D I just started the 30 day shred, just wondering what I class this as in my exercise log?..and sorry if it is something blatanly obvious that I have missed in my post-workout haze!! (:

    I log it as circuit training. It logs it as about 200 cals. It is most likely not accurate but I figure I burn at least that much and I'd rather underestimate than overestimate.

    Hi,

    I'm on Day 15 of the Shred and it's really worth sticking with it - I've seen an amazing inch loss and a massive rise in my energy levels.

    Initially I logged it as circuit training, but quite early on I was able to puchase a small Heart Rate Monitor (HRM), which I believe gives me a pretty good idea of calories burnt during this intense workout.

    With the aid of the HRM, I created a new exercise in the "My Exercises" section of my user tools that was dedicated to the various levels of the 30DS. That way I could see how I was doing on a day by day basis.

    on livestrong it was 167 calories for 1/2 hour at 150 lbs.

    I log it as 25 mins. of circuit training. Just be I do an separate warmup which is about 6 mins. long. I know a lot of people that log it as 25 mins. instead of 20 mins.
