South Florida Mom trying to lose a few!

Hey guys, I am from south florida, and trying this site out to help drop 40 pounds. Any success stories? Advise? Anything?

I had my son 8 years ago, and still havent lost any of the weight. I made a log for a few days, just to see how much I eat, and I was amazed. Now I need that extra "push" to keep me on track. No cheating!! :P
