Just a reminder... this whole getting healthy thing doesn't have to be super complicated. Keep it simple, don't over analyze or obsess over small details... you're just wasting energy. Decide on a plan and commit to it. Committing 100% to a decent plan will give better results than half-assing an exceptional plan.
At the end of the day, if you're not seeing the results you want, it's probably on you, not because your plan is bad.

Great reminder post!
What got me started on the journey to a successful lifestyle change was the simple plan of keeping a food log (MFP), eating calories supporting moderate weight loss, and walking (using a Fitbit to record my steps, upload the data, and sync it to the MFP site).0
