Exercise Routines?

Hi everyone! I was wondering what kinds of workouts everyone does for their exercise routines. I don't have time to go to the gym. Period. End of story. LOL.
What I have been doing is trying to get in a minimum of 3 30 minute movement of any kind throughout the day. This includes walking/jogging in place, walking outside, and using the Gorilla exercise app on my ipad. Yoga is the next thing I will incorporate.

I would love to hear what others do that incorporates little time, money, and space but still helps get you up and moving.

If you can't make it to a gym and don't want to invest in a weight set, I'd recommend body weight exercises. Check out the book Convict Conditioning, lots of room for progression and a well made program.

Thanks for the recommendation! I will check it out over the weekend. Sounds like just the right thing!

I don't really have a true routine, especially during the summer. I do as much as I can whenever I can based on work, kids, etc.

Generally speaking, I lift heavy 3-4x per week. During the summer I do A LOT of cardio too (biking and running mostly). During the winter, less so.
