P90x and Insanity

How do you log those two? I see an option for Tae Bo but not sure if it would be the equivalent. Thanks!

  • A heart rate monitor with chest strap really is the best method. If you can afford one I'd highly recommend it. There are so many variables with those programs as it depends on how hard you push. At that point you could use just about anything and change the amount of time to get the calories that appears on your HRM. I log them as Aerobics High Impact but use the HRM.

I use a heart rate monitor also. It would be the most accurate. It is the watch w/ the band around the chest
