I'm Matt, I'm 26 from Derbyshire UK. Currently weigh 14 stone (196 lbs) and would love to get rid of this beer belly and hit 12 stone (or thereabouts). I quit smoking 3 weeks ago as I would prefer to see my kiddies grow up and I'm working on quitting drinking too, although I don't drink all the time. Anyway, I would love some friends on here for the support and so I have someone to compare progress with :)
