Insanity and tight calves

I run 4 days a week, zumba 2 days a week, and I just started doing Insanity to replace weights (bored at the gym 100%)
My question is, since I started doing Insanity, my calves are REALLY tight almost crampy. Anything special to get rid of it? More Potassium, or hydration? When I was doing my walk/jog last night my left calf was starting to cramp up. Definitely not fun and wondering how I'm even going to do Insanity today lol

IMO, you need a warm up before Insanity's warmup... good stretches etc

I get terrible cramping in my calves and feet when I am low on potassium and calcium. If I drink a glass or two of that orange juice with calcium added and have at least half a banana, I seem to do a lot better.

Good luck with Insanity! I am on my recovery week and glad for the rest!
