Thought it would be a great idea if everyday we came up with a reason to stay on track and post it here!

I've got a great streak going and don't want to mess it up! I haven't been over my cals for over two weeks, and I haven't cheated to the point that I couldn't either plan around it or make it up with exercise.0

Today I'll stay on track because.... I'm making myself heart healthy ! And
setting a great example for my daughter to see how important healthy is !
NSV - In this past year my 79 year old mother moved in with us and lost
43 pounds by walking 45 minutes 6 days a week. I have been teetering
the same weight for a bit but added weight training & exercise 6 days a
week to my healthy diet. I'll get there. Reduced the stress from my
hubby who travels by encouraging him to eat healthy and workout
at least 5 times a week to ensure his stress level wont get the better of
him.
Today I'll stay on track because I have all of these wonderful people in
my life and I love my life0 -
The visit to the emergency room for heart palpitations yesterday, really scared me.0
