Hi - I'm UK and have only been using MyFitnessPal for 2 weeks but find it very helpful to track food. I am curious - if you put away too many calories on one day, do you try to make up for it the next by eating less, or do you still allow yourself the full recommended calorie count starting each day? I have been trying to cut back to make the week's total equal the 1200 calories X 7 days. However I find this very hard and feel like I am starving and will never catch up. What do others do?

If I feel hungry, I exercise more. Then I eat the calories that I earn from exercise. This leaves me feeling fuller, with no guilt about eating more because i've burned more. :)

There actually seem to be many more US people than UK and I'm loving all the contacts/friends that I now have- quite fancy a road trip across the US to visit them all one day! PS I'm from the UK
