Hey guysss...so I'm moving to university in 3 weeks. I had hoped to be down to 135lbs by then, but as it is I've plateaued a few weeks and so have 3 weeks to lose 5 lbs. It seems unlikely. Not only that...but because its the last 3 weeks, I have about 4 parties to go to. My question is HOWWWW do I get a grip on losing at least a few lbs before then AND have a blast with my friends before I go?
What exercises could I do at home that burn calories hard, and what kind of ways could I hold back at some of the parties calorie wise?

Having a blast with your friends and going to parties doesn't need to include eating poorly. I do both of those things, I eat before I go out and I don't drink alcohol. We have some fun wild times and it doesn't make an impact on my weigh loss efforts one bit0
