I just made these, I got the recipe from a health magazine;
if anyone is interested I can type the recipe up as well.

Recipe makes 4 bars
1 cup oats
1/4 vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 unsweetened applesauce
1/2 TBSP coconut flour
1/8 cup chopped or ground cashews

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor, except cashews
2. Shape into 4 bars
3. Roll or press cashews into bars
4. Wrap individually to take with you or eat right away

Nutrition per bar:
Cal 168
Total Fat 5g
Saturated Fat 1g
Sodium 16mg
Total Carbs 24g
Fiber 4g
Sugar 7g
Protein 8g

I altered my recipe a bit, I cannot tolerate Whey protein so I used 100% soy protein, I did not have cashews (kids ate them all) so I used my raw almonds.
