My first time starting a post - EEK! I went to the doctor today and she was AMAZED at my weight loss! I was diagnosed type 2 diabetic 3 months ago and begged for the chance to do this on my own, no medication. This was my first real check up since. My original A1C was 7.4. Today it was 5.8. She said there was no medication she could have gave me that would give me these results. I am so happy about this. Another milestone to help me keep going! Thanks to all my MFP friends who have encouraged me!
