I noticed after a switched my protein powders I have been getting sick off of them, I made sure it was indeed that , that was causing my issues. I would get sick about 20 min after drinking them... I don't have any money right now to get my other kind till the fist part of next month, so I am going to have to figure something out... Anyways

I went to look up online getting sick off protein powder and I stumbled across this reading... Was wondering if anyone know's if there is any truth into this what so ever?

Which part of the article did you wonder about?

He's out of his ever-loving mind with his contention that you can only absorb 5-9g of protein at a sitting, so I would place a lot of doubt on his other claims.

that was one of the parts I was questioning myself..

I am just really trying to find out why I am getting sick from the powder I got.. :(
  • What kind of protein powder is it? If it's whey, perhaps you have a milk allergy. If soy, well, soy allergies aren't uncommon either. It may not be the protein, it may be an allergen.
