    I did not stay below a certain carb count I just ate enough to get by. Once I started eating enough protein and was used to it I found when I ate too many carbs I would feel terrible. So my body adjusted to not wanting them as much. But it's def important to eat enOugh of them because if not I would get light headed many times.
