How to only lose 5-10 pounds?

I hear people all the time saying the last 10 pounds are the hardest. What if that's all I'm trying to lose? I'm 16, 5'7, & 135 pounds. I'd like to be 125. Any tips? Thank you!

    I'm in a similar boat...24 y/o female, 5'9", 160 lb. but would like to be about 150 lb. I've only been at this for about a week and am simply following fitness pal's caloric recommendations combined with exercise. I'm also trying to watch my sodium, sugar, and carbs, which can be done by changing the diary settings. Good luck and feel free to message me for support :)

    Same way you lose 100lbs...eat fewer calories than you expend ;) Track your calories, get some exercise, drink lots of water, all the usual stuff. Good luck.
