When your body gets used to your daily work out. D o you up the time? Or increase intensity? I normally do 60 minutes to keep weight loss steady and consistent should I continue to up the time/intensity? What's your take?

I always just vary workouts. 1 day I'll do zumba, the next body combat, the next I'll cycle some intervals, the next maybe body pump and swimming. Look into classes if you're worried about variety, they'll always be changing so it'll keep your body guessing0

what do your daily workouts consist of?
If you do strength training then up the weights or add reps.
If its cardio based then increase the intensity (H.I.I.T.) to burn more in same time or just keep going. both will increase your endurance.0 -

This is my point. .. I bike ride using a mountain bike literally stuck on 7th gear. And I usually go for about 60 minutes . But in order to keep my loss consistent I know each month I should up it some since my goal realistically can be reached in the next couple months. But I'm not big on intensity it's not like I'm in a gym were I can just set the course you know.? Plus I ride on the road on a mountain bike so yea haha. So my initial thought was up 60 to 90 and then 90 to 120 and so on or should I go by hours instead of 1/2 hr increments. I was just really curious because I dnt have a monitor that tells me my exact calories burned and everyone states MFP is seriously over estimated0
