30 pound goal

I was reading an article in Women's Day where a woman lost her weight simply by tracking her food on mfp. I know that it works 100% of the time so I thought if I can work every day, e-mail every day, why in the world can I take 10 minutes out of my day just to track my day. So I decided I am going to log a little story every day and maybe just maybe it will be more exciting for me to log on. Day 1 of this idea, first goal to lose 30 pounds half way there.

  • yup i did that the first 2 weeks and lost.

    But i decided why should I not exercise?

    there's endless amounts of benefits and I should start when I'm young.

    so here I am. 3 months later, 20 lbs down :)

  • Cool Congratulations! That would be my story today, I did a 4 mile walking video, about killed me :)
