Cardio DVDs for Men

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a great cardio dvd for guys. My dad got a job in the Dominican Republic. They're in this army-camp type thing. No gym, no safe place to jog. (It's not the safest country) Anyway, my dad had always jogged for as long as I can remember. Unfortunatly, he's stuck to jogging in place in his concrete room for 45 minutes. I feel so bad for him, lol.
I asked him about Beachbody programs, but he doesn't want to spend the money. I don't think he would mind if it was a woman leading the exercises, but he would definatly prefer a more male-geared cardio workout. Any suggestions would be awesome! Thanks!

I don't have any recommendations but you did mention not wanting to spend money. I rent workout dvd's from my library and from netflix that way I am not spending $20 or more on a workout dvd that I may not even like plus you get to try a lot of different dvd's with out buying them. Hope this helps.0

He might like the Biggest Loser DVD's led by Bob - they are great and he had both men and women working with him. That's the only one I have experience with that may appeal to a man. Good luck!0

While I can't recommend any good DVD's, I can suggest Rosstraining. com. Plenty of free articles and weekly workouts posted on the forum board. He also sells some really good material really cheap ($25). One of his books, "Never Gymless" is great for when there is no access to gym. It comes with a fifty day template for workouts and is not short on ideas. While your dad my not have access to a gym he's only limited by his own imagination.0

Thanks y'all!
I don't think they have a library there. I'll send him the Ross link.
I never thought about TBL dvds. I have one I'll probably send along to him!0
