If you do a search of this topic you'll find a variety of answers, most of which are: log the minutes as "circuit training". Most people advocate for logging just the main part of the workout, not the warm up coold down minutes.
I had been logging as "calisthenics, vigorous effort" (one of the pre-loaded options) and it comes out the same as circuit training. (I do a 50 minute Jillian dvd called No More Trouble Zones -- calisthenics and circuit both give me 410 cal for 50 minutes).
Good luck! Day 2 gets much easier0 -
Thanks Shar!!!! Really looking forward to it x (maybe I shouldn't be!)0

When i did 30DS i logged it as 'circuit training, general' it gave me a burn of around 200 calories, which was pretty precise, and thats what my HRM told me when i got one0
