A challenge (well, for a non foodie like me!)

I am lacking inspiration for dinner tonight and I am trying to think what I have in my fridge at home I can use.

I have a fennel that's going a bit brown, so I should use that soon.

Any fennel receipes people could share? I originally brought it as an ingredient to a Sunday roast but that never happened. I am a meat eater and I have Chicken Breasts and Prawns in the freezer, and some Chorizo in the fridge, but I don't know whether Fennell and Chorize go well together?!

    You could sub the cream for low fat creme fraiche if you are calorie conscious.

    serve with roasted chicken breasts wrapped in bacon :o)

    Well funnily enough I MEANT to pick up Creme Fraiche from Sainsbury's but accidently picked up WW cream, and thought.....what can I do with this?!
