I was wondering what females that are around 200 pounds that want to loose weight have set for there percentages for carbs,fats,protein that are on 1200 calories a day?

    5'4" and 27 years old; started at 195lbs.

    Set to 30% carbs, 40% protein, 30% fat, with agreement from the local health centre's nurse.
