    UGW: fit & toned. I know 145 is at the upper limit of healthy-for-my-height, but it's so damn far off, I'd rather have an annual goal & worry about the last 20 pounts afterwards!

    I think you're close enough to be my twin!!!! Except I'm double your age and want to lose more...And how fun..I used to have a pen pal from New Zealand years ago...when people HAD pen pals...
