Hi I'm new

Hi I'm new to calorie counting, I've lost a total 3.6 stone with slimming world but hit a brick wall, board and fed up with the diet and found that my portion sizes are far to big, so I thought. Would change. Been doing it since Monday so looking forward to weigh in on Monday to see how much if any weight loss, fingers crossed this will work for me :-)

    hello!!! Im sure you will do great!!! you just need to do it for a consistant amount of time...after the first few weeks its MUCH easier!!!!!!! Feel free to add me. Im very active on here...
  • You will do wonderful. I'm new too. Just adding what you really eat on here helps me to see where I am wasting calories and too much fat content, and helps me make better choices. For me, exercise is the most important thing.

    Just take it one day at a time. If you have a bad day, let it go and keep moving forward positively the next day. Good luck to you!
  • I am new to this too! So new that I am forgetting about it! LOL I have decided that I have got to do something, noone is going to do it for me. It's time to step up and act like the 32 year old that I am. Good Luck!
