I'm just starting out on myfitnesspal. I used to do the slimfast diet but diesn't seem to work anymore.

How many calories should I eat a day to lose weight if the maximum daily allowance is 1900-2000 for a woman?

    When you enter all of your goals in MFP it should tell you what your caloric intake should be per day to loose the specified amount of weight. per week.

    Hi coxyrach100, just wanted to say hi the number of calories depends on how much exercise you currently do/ plan to do. most people who wish to lose weight try to cut down on their calorie intake and only eat about 1500 calories or less. but to be honest you should be more focused on the exercise and moving more as this will be more of an aid to your weight lose.
