Hi all!

I've been tracking my food for quite some time on here, but this is my first post. I'm trying to decrease my body fat% and lose lbs. As of right now, my nutritionist has me on a high protein (180 gms), low carb (around 90gms), and moderate fat (70gms) diet. Is anyone on a similar plan? Any advice on what I should be doing for resistance training as I need to be liftng weight? Any routines etc, would be greatly appreciated. The body fat analysis machine that my gym uses states I'm around 36% bf which is really concerning (I'm 5ft 5 and weigh 134lbs). So far in the past two weeks I've lost almost 3lbs of fat (under 1lb of muscle) and my bf% dropped by 1%. Ultimately I would like to be at 20% bf so I have a ways to go....

I try to keep my macros around 40/30/30 (c/p/f) but it doesnt always happen. I know that 30 Day Shred is a good starter program for people but I thought it was a little boring. ChaLEAN Extreme is awesome, I did most of it and now I'm moving on to New Rules of Lifting for Women. If you are working out at home I say look into Chalean Extreme but if you go to the gym then you might like to follow NROL4W.

Oh, and I don't mean you couldn't do NROL4W at home, you just need more equipment so it depends on what you have at home. Chalean you need dumb bells but it can all be done with resistance bands too.
