I usually just sprinkle with garlic salt and fresh ground black pepper, then pan fry in some cooking spray or grill them.
I also like them oven-fried.0 -
Season with salt, pepper, cayenne/chilli flakes, garlic powder and cook them half way on a pan in some olive oil - brown the outside. Take them out and put aside. In the same pan, sautee onions (a lot) on low heat until they caramelize, add some chopped up garlic, some salt pepper, wosterchire sauce, put the pork chops bak in and cook until done. YUMMMMMYY. Serve w/ whatever you want. Feel free to add in whatever herbs you want (parsley, oregano, sage etc...if you have them)0

saute onions and garlic cloves (6 or so), add apples and soften, add apple juice and chicken broth, or just broth if you have it and white wine, then red pepper flakes and a few splashes of balsmic vinegar. i had this last night, except i used applesauce because I had no apples.
pan fry pork chops first, remove and then return to sauce and let it simmer down.0 -
Actually had some wonderful ones last night - the marinade was oil and lemon juice, with oregano and mint, and just a touch of honey. Flash broil and eat! So good.0

Marinate them in sati-babi sauce. Delicious! And then there's always Shake N Bake0
