I have an occasional alcoholic beverage every night. :drinker:
Are you running for president???? Occasional/every night?0 -
I save my exercise calories during the week in order to drink them on the weekends. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet. If you intend on giving up drinking from now on, then don't have the beer. Otherwise, you are going to need to learn how to fit it into your new lifestyle. In short, drink the beer!0

Drink drink all day! Just don't think while you're eating. B/c your body will put the food you're eating to the side, or store it s fat, while your body trying to rid of the alcohol. That's how you get fat. It won't effect muscle growth though. If it does, barely!0

Im looking for opinions on Drinking an Alcoholic once in a while ( 1 or 2 a week )
Well, if you can get the alcoholic to cooperate, and that's something you fancy, go for it. But, what part of an alcoholic is drinkable?
And how do you exactly drink the alcoholic? Do you squeeze them until the alcohol comes out of their pores and then lick them?
Seriously though it's fine to have a few drinks during the week. If you're concerned about it then do an extra gym session or push yourself harder to allow for the empty calories.0 -

Sorry quick response. I meant, do not drink while you're eating. I did this for almost two weeks before and it did not effect my muscle growth, nor my weight.0 -
