    Same as everyone else. Hard work and Better food choices. I ride my bikes everyday and just started 30 Day Shred. Just keep logging and it really does pay off. I actually have a hard time eating all my calories most days.

    Thanks for all the comments everyone. My daughter didn't realize the big change since she sees me everyday however her first response was about my posture also!
