Does anyone have any sample menu plans for the Mediterranean Diet? Or, can you direct me to a site where I can find them? I want one that is 1200 calories.

    I am following this diet myself, cant find anything online about it really as for recipes
    You can have a look at my food diary & see some things I have been eating.

    Keep in mind that I am consuming 1800 calories per day :)
