It's Friday! Celebrate the small victories!

Sticking to a diet and exercise plan during the work week is so difficult to do! That's why I try to celebrate my small, personal victories. Lets all share our accomplishments from the past week! Did you stick to your eating plan? Did you eat more vegetables and fruits? Improve your time and distance on your run? Walk into a Tim Hortons or Starbucks and not buy a danish?

I'll start:
1) This week I actually forced myself to wake up and go to a 6:30am yoga class 2 times!!! I think about doing it all the time, but when my alarm goes off I usually hit snooze... this week I went twice! And it felt amazing!
2) I went out with some friends last night and DIDN'T eat anything unhealthy, even when the all stopped for Colombian empanadas (my favourite). I only had a few drinks and didn't exceed my daily calorie limit. First time I've ever gone out for the night and NOT compromised my health goals! Woohoooo!!!!
