            In- and done with them. My shoulders burn now (never done arm circles before). My older brother walked in while I was doing them- he turned around and went back outside without a word. LOL0

            Done with 5 pound weights in each hand. I think I was a bit over enthusiastic and I'll be paying for this tomorrow.
