Hey all. I was wondering what kind of excersises I can do besides walking. Things like crunches, and sit up. What kind of aerobic excersises do you all do?

Running is the best thing you can do. I like to do running along with yoga. If you can't run for a long peiod then just walk run. You actually burn more calories walk running because you are raising you heart rate then letting it drop again. It burns more calories. Hope this helps and good luck.0

There are several things you can do, and a lot of you need very little equipment for. It all depends on what you are going to put into to it. For myself, my aerobic exercises are mostly running, with biking, swimming, elliptical, and stairclimbing thrown in at various places. I also do weight training 2-3 time a week as well, and yoga at least once a week.0
