My name is Moji. I live in Southampton UK and I've been a yoyo dieter for years now. :( I've decided enough is enough and would like to lose weight slowly but surely. I have problems with motivation. I wonder if anyone has/had similar issues and solutions/advice. :)

    My name is Mara and I live in New Zealand and I completely understand exactly what you mean about being a yo-yo dieter for years and agree that the motivational side of things is where I lack also.....feel free to add me if you like and we can become yo-yo motivationers together :smile:
