Has anyone been using the new "shake weight" as seen on Ellen? Wondering if it would really do anything???

Agree with PJilly that it looks gimmicky.

But it also looks... they way they demonstrate it... well, it looks naughty. :blushing:

    Hi

I got one and I think you could do the same workout with a normal dumbell. I think its the way you move move than the way the weight moves!

I am using it every day but only because I have it!

OMYGOSh!! I'm sooooo glad you mentioned that! My husband and our friends were hanging out one night and the commercial came on and we were all HYSTERICALLY laughing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It looks sooooo dirty!! I couldn't believe it was on TV!!

LOL, maybe we all just have dirty minds, but either way, it was a good laugh!!

Let me know if it actually works!

My sister just ordered one... so I will wait for the report from her. I thought the same thing... you could prob use a regular weight - and I must have a naughty mind too -- cause I thought the same thing... HA HA HA :-)

People, people, people...have you no self-respect?

Remember the "bodyblade"? This is the same thing.

"Dynamic inertia" -- that pretty much sums up my lifestyle these days.
